Add multiple zones to one screen

Split a screen into independent regions — for example, a main content area plus a ticker strip — so each zone runs its own playlist.

1. In the Designer, open the layout you want to split.
2. Click Add zone, then draw the region on the canvas.
3. Assign each zone a name (e.g. main, ticker).
4. Go to Playlists, and assign a playlist to each named zone.
5. Publish. Each zone updates independently — you don’t need to touch the whole layout to change the ticker content.

Warning: Zones can’t overlap. If you need overlapping content (e.g. a logo watermark over a video zone), use a transparent-background image layer instead of a second zone.
